Barge Accident Closes Ironton-Russell Bridge Near Kentucky Ohio Border

RUSSELL, KY. — The Ironton and Russell police departments closed the Ironton-Russell Bridge immediately after a barge struck the bridge on Saturday, Dec. 29.
