NEW ORLEANS, La. — The U.S. Coast Guard issued a release stating that Watchstanders at Coast Guard Sector New Orleans received a report at 6:03 a.m. on Saturday, October 12, that a 50-year-old male, aboard the barge Boaz, was reportedly suffering from a cardiac condition. The Boaz transferred the man to a nearby platform.
