Man Medevaced From OSV in Gulf of Mexico After Being Struck by Ladder

An injured crewmember of a U.S.-flagged OSV in the Gulf of Mexico had to be medevaced on Wednesday after being hit a 40-foot ladder that reportedly fell on his neck, according to the USCG.
